Failed to fulfill customer request - Bad service

I have a personal loan account and got retrench last year May 2012. I tried very hard to keep to my monthly payments by using all the UIF money I received, I even tried making money on the side to pay the account. After endless phone calls from the bank and many visits to a branch, to date they still haven't cancelled the debit order as I requested. I would prefer making direct payment on the loan account due to an unstable cash flow on my side.
I have been given the run around from department to department but no one is really interested in assisting me in any way. I received my bank statement this week and notice that my account is in a minus because of failed debit orders. I don't see why I need to pay this after constant request to cancel the debit order. I requested via telephone, going to a branch, fax, email but still no cancellation.
I am very disappointed in the service received, I am still a customer and I am still wanting to pay my debt outstanding, but it is really difficult to do so when the bank is taking my money for unnecessary expenses that can be avoided... they wanting more money from someone who does not have money!!!
I WANT THE DEBIT ORDER CANCELLED!!
