Debit Orders Bounce Because money not cleared

My debt orders go off the 10th of each month. I EFT'd the money (from Standard Bank accounts) needed to for all my debit orders to go through on the 10th knowing my debit orders go off at mid-night. I received an sms saying that the amounts had been received into my account and that i should check my account. I checked my account and my balanced showed the money was in. This morning i checked that the debit orders had got off smoothly and they hadn't. It showed that the debit orders had gone off before the payments. It showed that the payments had gone off today. How can i receive an sms saying that the money is in my account but not cleared yet? Now all my debit orders have bounced and i have to pay penalty for every debit order bouncing.
