Cancellation of Debit order without my knowledge

I received a call from your revolving loan department today. The consultant said that you have not received my monthly payment? I asked him how this can be as it on debit order for more than 2 years without any issues. He spin me a story about no money in my account or being in my over draft. My salary was paid in on the 31 December 2012. So that's bull. I said ill have a look at it and try to make sense of this issue.
To my shock I see that my personal loan have also not been deducted this month. How can this be 2 debit order no being deducted from my account that's been running for more than 2 years!!! Then it hit me, I was at your Norkempark branch the week of the 3 - 6 December 2012 to withdraw a statement and asked them to move the dates of this 2 debit order to the 5th. The lady that helped me said that she going to do is to DELETE the debit order and recreate them for me with the date of the 5th. She had a problem with the system and said I can go she will fix it and get back to me if there are any problems. Needles to say I have not heard anything from them. This was not a fault on my side but ABSA. Please get back to me as to how ABSA is going to fix this mess.
