Debit Order - Date changed

I changed banks last year in July, tried to have all my debit orders moved over to my new bank, being Standard Bank. This was refused by Absa. In December 2012 i forgot to trf money into the Absa account and my debit order was reversed, i spoke to Absa and advised them to double debit my account end of January. I went into Absa? 25 January 2013 to have my debit order date changed to the 1st of every month. A lady from the branch called me a couple of days later to confirm that i went into the bank and changed the dates. The 27th February 2012 i received notification that i should fund my account for the debit order to go off, which i did, but phoned the branch to ask why not the 1st as i requested. A lady phoned me and said i could go into any Absa branch and request my money back, I refused and told her why should i go into a bank if i already did. The 1 March 2013 i got another sms to tell me to fund my acc, I phoned the Branch Manager, Wafieka, she said it would sort itself out and confirmed that I was NOT in arrears.(Never been). Today i phoned again, cause the second debit order was returned, Wafieka had a real bad attitude towards me. I think the branch should sort it out!
