Debit orders on capitec accounts

Sometime last year some debit orders that were unauthorized went through on my account soon after i had deposited money in my capitec savings account. I then called the bank and was told that i would have to come into a branch to have them reversed. This i would have to do each time this happened was what i discovered when it kept happening. I tracked the people who were making these debits to some people in Durban. They spun me a story that it was an issue with their system locking instructions to debit people's accounts and they said they would refund the debit order if it has gone through. I decided to request the bank to block debit orders going through on my account and was told that that could not be done, this was at the Fourways branch. I then decided to remove funds from the account and stop sending more to see what would happen. this seemed to stop for a while, at least i thought it had, and so i decided to start using my account again and i posted funds into it.
