I would like fnb to explain how they can give out the incorrect info to me over the phone
i went and paid my personal loan off full in cash last week and now the debit order of R294.95
went off my bank account this morning i phoned clearwater mall a woman told me that i must go into any FNB branch and the debit order will be reversed and i must cancell the debit order now they tell me they cant reverse it so i must just be happy with them taking my money i dont think so.
I will be moving my account to standard bank
