I have a lone with standard bank and they gave me over to RL Daly because of not payment but I have lost my job in September 2012. On wanting to activated the policy that is with the loan to help u cover you're self if this happens I got a response that the policy don't cover me because I have been demobilised. I try to pay for as long as I could but couldn't pay anymore the premium sins December. They then handed me over to RL Daly attorney. I made a agreement with them to pay R 1500 once off as i lost my place I stayed in and got my deposit back and there after R150 a month. I got my first pay out of uif this month and they deducted the loan amount thru debit order. I went to the bank and reversed and cancelled the debit order as I am paying the attorney now with the agreement I've made with them . the debit order was reversed on the Sunday On Tuesday morning I was notified that the money was transferred out of my account back to the loan department? I went into the bank again TO DAY TO FIND OUT THAT THE LOAN DEPARTMENT HAS ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AND TRANSFERRED THE MONEY TO THERE ACCOUNT? WHO GAVE THEM THE RIGHT to access my account and transfer my money out of my account?
