You assisted me very efficiently even though I had to bring up the mispelling of my name. I wanted to include my car on my existing insurance and not go to another company. You were well spoken with a touch of humour that made it a pleasure to be assisted by you. I have called many call centers and really it was the first time that I got such a pleasant per son on the other side.
Just one word of advice from my side, if you cannot assist with something, do suggest a supervisor immediately and do not wait for the customer to ask for a supervisor to assist. I was about to go to another insurance company and you told me that the system is giving that premium and you are not able to change it. I asked for assistance form someone who could change it. Other than that you were clear and completed what had to be done very quickly, That in my books is a very efficient person. For this I would like to say thank you!!! As most people are busy people, it truly helps when someone does not waste time and gets the job done. AND a huge Thank you to your supervisor who has found a solution for me!
