I attended a work function on Thursday night with my husbands car. When I wanted to leave, the car wouldnt start because i had forgotten to turn the radio off. I called the outsurance road side assist beacuse, well i have the app, im a client, Im a female... and Im stranded!!! I made it very clear that the car im driving is not covered with Outsurance (you just cant give us a quote lower than we paying with a competitor) the agent bluntly told me well there is nothing he can do... I was disguted and speechless. I have never missed a single payment, I have never claimed and I have NEVER requested the service before!!!
I am dissapointed Outsurance and will be looking for insurance elsewhere! You advertise that you will assist people who are not clients but cant even assist your own clients??? We know violence against woman is increasing in SA, its situations like these that contribute to it!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
