I have been struggling to cancel my funeral policy with Avbob for over a month now, a guy named Itumeleng send me documents requesting a certified copy of my id document plus a 3 month bank statement, I emailed him back wanting to know what the bank statement is for as I don't feel comfortable with it. He phoned me a couple of days later and tried to convince me to stay on with Avbob, I told him I have a better option with FNB and that I want the policy cancelled and I will not be sending my bank statements. I then print and fax him the requested documentation minus the bank statement as Fnb charges for that and Im not willing to go through the expense to have a flippen funeral policy cancelled. So behold month end comes and they deduct another payment of my account, so I sent Itumeleng another email requesting the documentation again so that I can send it through again, yet Avbob does not come back to me, I just want the policy cancelled yet they are refusing to assist me
