Signing up with Hollard Motor Xtender was supposed to be a good idea, only to make the first call to them!! We called the call centre at 1.30pm today, due to my vehicle breaking down. It is now 3.30pm and my family and 2 little kids are still waiting on the side of the road. 15 calls to them to establish what is going on, an still no tow truck or assistance. I have held on for more then 5 minutes to get a hold of an operator only to be told that a supervisor named Ofentse will call me. No call, how sad that a huge company like Hollard has such poor service, is not geared to assist over a peak period knowing the volume of their clients that are on the road. Will definitely be moving my insurance to one that cares.!
