Yesterday morning I decided that it was about time that I took Outsurance up on their offer of being able the beat your current insurance or pay you R400. I sent a message and you guys called me back and I was assisted by Vongani, he was very helpful and polite and the whole process was very pleasant and you did beat my current insurance price, I agreed to change over as of the 1st of October. When I called my current insurance company they then beat Outsurance, I called Outsurance back and spoke to Lerato and explained my situation, she was more than happy to help and she beat their offer once again. I still decided to join Outsurance as when I called my current insurance company they could not bet Outsurance for the second time. Having joined Outsurance now I have piece of mind knowing that if there is ever an issue I will be assisted promptly. Well done!!!
