Every time i call your call center, I am always greeted with the happiest voices and the greatest willingness to assist. I find your staff friendly and efficient. When calling other call centers it is sometimes evident that staff are tired and bored, I have NEVER experienced this with Outsurance. You are passionate about what you do and how you do it.. Other call centres should take a page out of your book. Fazil assisted me this morning with offering me a much better car insurance premium (I am an existing client and was looking for a discount). He went above and beyond to assist me, I hope that you stay with Outsurance and one day get to run this great company and teach other staff within the organisation the most amazing level of customer service that you personally offer. WELL DONE OUTSURANCE. ABSOLUTELY AMAZED!!! I hope these compliments get sent to or read out to staff as you guys are doing an amazing job and are a pleasure to deal with.
