Again I would like to thank the Call Centre staff from Outsurance for their outstanding customer service. I had to update my policy, I was helped within not even one minute after I made my choice on their options list. Elrie Holtzhauzen was terrific, she treated me with such personal interest, asked my well being and then she assisted me immediately with my request, and I was so surprised to hear that I will also receive a refund, wow that is amazing. While we were still on line I immediately received an updated copy of my policy. I've been with Outsurance now for quite some time and I will never ever change to another Insurance company. Outsurance is the BEST!!! their consultants are always helpful, efficient and friendly. Thanks again to Elrie for her excellent customer service and going the extra mile. Outsurance you rock!!!
