It was a Saturday afternoon, during a busy touring season and we'd had a string of catastrophes that day, so the last straw was having the car break down in Parow industrial. The service from Outsurance was quick, efficient and pleasant and the lady from the towing company was super helpful and sympathetic. Overall - turned a potentially bad and very inconvenient experience into one that was relatively quick and easy. I generally do not like towing services, but the guys from Bassons were really pleasant and efficient and super helpful. Thanks!
