I have moved over to a new employer and requested my pension be transferred, I sent the completed forms to Eunice Goosen, who said that she will sort it out I just have to email her the forms which I did in July, after a number of voicemails I decided to contact someone else a Beverley De Pentieiros this was in September who said I have have to complete a ROT form, I sent the request to my old employer, soon after that Beverly replied with the 4th pg of my original 4pg document completed with bank details for momentum contradicting to her first email, I then called her for the other 3 pages, she replied by referring me to a Michelle Cloete, no response yet from Michelle. Today I received an email from Eunice to say I need to send the ROT form, I then explained to her to please check with Beverley, Beverley replied saying I need the ROT form, back and forth all this time for a form! please can someone explain to me in a manner that I can understand so that it can be conveyed to my previous employer. 2 months is a ridiculous amount of time just to tell me I need a ROT form, and why is it that the ROT Beverley sent me unacceptable now.
