TERRIBLE Service - INCORRECT INFORMATION

I applied for a medical aid at Discovery. I am not even a client yet and am already SO disappointed in the service. I requested an application form IN January 2013. I completed this form. After about two weeks only they told me I have to complete the 2013 form. If I got one I would have done it on the correct form. The email telling me this I got in the middle of last week. I replied asking about it. I got an automated response - something they are really good at quick at but never EVER till this day got the feedback on my question. If you want new applicants to make use of a new form make sure to send the correct one and not an old one without explaining that you are maybe still working on or waiting to finalise the new form!! This is now a total UNNECESSARY delay!
Now I have to re-do everything and it's a total waste of time!! Do your job properly and do not inconvenience me - in this case you can copy the information on the updated form!
