Claim registered 04.12.13. Never received feedback, I need to phone Outsurance call centre on a daily basis to request any form of documentation regarding my claim. Everytime I need to talk to a new person, and everytime I need to end the call with ONLY a PROMISE that SOMEONE WILL call me back - BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! I've talked to Beverley, Rebecca, Wesley, Cathy, Dan etc etc. I have the direct numbers for Beverley as well as Daniel, but NO ANSWER, NEVER!!! I've send email to Beverley as well as Daniel, directly, NO RESPONSE! What do I need to do MORE??? Please help, I'm desperate, and so so FRUSTRATED!!! I only ask you to come back to me, AS PROMISED! Please!!!
