I experienced a problem with my extraview on Dstv. I was told by previous consultants to call out an installer to rectify the problem as my "setup" was incorrect.
Today I called to query my account, which was double than normal, I was fortunate enough to be transferred to Beverley Dube.
I was arrogant at first, querying an account that was double for half of the service.
Beverley was patient and not only fixed my account, but also my extraview without calling an installer.
