Bad customer service

My name is Dikeledi writing on behalf of my mother Desia. Approximately 4 months ago we completed in a Smart lost card form, old card number 7353280026507471 and new card number 7353280103682643.We were told the pointwill be transfered to the new card in 3 months. And on the 24th of November 2013 we went to the Picknpay wonderpark branch were we first completed the form to spend the points, but unfortunately the points were not transfered.one of Picknpays employee assisted in calling the call centre for me. A lady by the name of Saiph Viza (call centre agent) told us she can not find the lost card form and we should complete another form and email it to her. We agreed, and Shani I thinhe store manager was willing to assist by emailing the form again. They told us the points will be transfered in 20minute. I told my mum to check the points during the week again and she was again told to complete in the 3rd lost card form again. I understand mistakes do happen first time around but to be asked again to complete in the 3rd form and still the problem is not solved. It is tiring and making one angry to have to continue completing forms for something that is not done. To think we do our shopping the
