They not serving customers right, not at all, I'm just a big fan of capitec, but today they ruied my day! The lady with an afro started giving me attitude telling me that I brought a wrong proof of residence, I brought a right one and the coloured guy ask me for proof or residence again, I gave him, he said he won't help me as my proof of resindence shows that I'm from vosloorus, and now that I want him to help me from midrand he won't assist me, I mean really do I need to travel all the way to vosloorus coz I need help?
Carlsward staff need a proper training to help clients, its not the fisrt, I once came for something else, they said NO and gave me attitude, I went to boulders, and they assisted me without asking me 100 questions!
