They phone me to let me know once again to go and get bank statements, for the third time after that no phone call nothing. Where is to resolve this to your satisfaction.

have a personal loan with Capitec Bank.
My Capitec loan account gets debited by Capitec before funds becomes available in my bank account. You go to the bank to sort this out in good will and then
Capitec says it is impossible to change my debit dates even though every time it puts my account into the negative and adversely affects my credit score.
I have given them bank statements for proof.
There is nobody that is willing or able to sort this out. I have never experienced such bad service.
I will not recommend this bank to anyone.
