This morning we went to capitec bank secunda to open a global one account for my boyfriend. We took along I'd book, proof of residence as well as the declaration form supplied on the capitec website!
Suddenly they can't help us because of the proof of residence!!! But WHY did we supply a declaration of residential address form as well? No suddenly I have to certify my proof of residence!!!
WHY then have a declaration form???
