Queries section on Online Banking pointless

I have emailed FNB on the [Email Removed] email address on the 15th of August with regards to obtaining a swift code for my bank account. I received a read receipt a day later. To date, I have not had a response from FNB.

Secondly, I have used the comments/queries section on the online banking to request the same. I cannot recall the date, but the reference number for that specific query was 251059400

Further to that, I need details for international transfers as per query number 257275600

Perhaps FNB should respond less to hello peter posts and actually start responding to their clients queries???
