1. Homeloans. I requested through social media that I need my bond amount to be taken off on the 25th of every month. They supplied me with an email address- [Email Removed] that I can take up my request with. I emailed this address with other queries regarding my bond terms as well and received no feedback AND my bond repayment is still coming off on the 1st.
2. Online banking: I also requested assistance setting up my online banking profile and linking my bond account to this profile. I was sent a link to the site to set this up which I did on Friday however every time I try to login I see an? nternal problem has occurred. I wrote to social media and they want me to contact the call centre. I have requested that someone contact me rather and have received no call yet. I need the person to call me and assist with the online banking.
