On 6th Sept 2013 I sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] stating that I would like to cancel my membership with them. I received an automated response stating they would get back within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
I sent a follow up mail once more yesterday 09-09-2013, and again received nothing but another automated response.
I would like it if someone from diners club can attend to my request.
