Simpler, better, faster? Impossible!

I am a prestige banking customer. I have updated my surname with Standard bank to my married name a year ago by providing my prestige banker with copies of my new ID and marriage certificate. Yet I still receive statements on my current account in my maiden name. I have queried this with standard bank now FIVE times and each time I am assured the surname has been updated. On my 5th query via email to prestige banking i was asked to send through a copy of my statement. i had forwarded them the statement they sent me but they couldnt open their own statement??? i was then asked to to send through a copy of my ID to facilitate the name change. Original certified copies of these were provided to the Umhlanga ridge branch a year ago! I then contacted the prestige banker Nozipho at the Umhlanga ridge branch who confirmed that my surname is changed at 'branch level' but not at 'statement level' and she will sort this out. That was 2 week ago. I have emailed her now and here reply is 'did I receive my last statement'?... The iPhone Internet banking app also shows my maiden name and its spelt incorrectly!!! I think it's time to move to FNB.
