No feedback given after weeks of emails

I have emailed CAO regarding they banking details to pay for my appliication an i get is the automatied response. I am annoyed by the fact they banking details aren't available online, and if they are they are not easy to view... Cao not responding to me could ruin my chances of higher education as they neglect responding to our emails yet have a "for queries" email address...
