No response from FNB regarding account opening

Hi,

So I applied for a new Business Account with FNB online, and had some queries, they said during there application process that I can mail them on [Email Removed] and quote my reference number and account number and they will assist me.

Reference Number: 9TW2A60V
Business Account: 62434765519

This never happened, how can they state it is so easy to use there online services but then there is no service delivery?
