VERY DISGUSTED WITH ABSA

Last week monday morning i have applied for a personal loan from absa and within half an hour i was pre-approved for the loan. (at this point i was impressed) but only thursday afternoon 10 minutes before my close of business the assessor Wayne called me and briefly went through my documentation that i have attached in the email and told me that he needs more info and if i could send that to him i would have a deffinate answer by friday morning and if i was approved, the funds will be in my account by friday evening/saturday morning! after the conversation i noticed that i HAVE indeed sent all documentation! eversince i could not get a hod of wayne to ask him WHAT EXACTLY DOES HE STILL NEED FROM ME???
Needless to say he was never available to speak to me and i left numerous messages at the call centre for wayne to call me back... still waiting. Bottom line is i actually desperately needed the funds on that weekend and am deeply disappointed in the bank where i had my account with for over 19 years... Even sent them an email yesterday morning explaining the problem and demanding an aswer before close of business. Needless to say even after the email STILL no one has bother...
