Complete lack of care from Outsurance

I am completely astounded at the lack of care portrayed by Outsurance. I was involved in an accident a month ago and my car is still in with THEIR panel beaters. Unfortunately the delay has been caused by the manufacturers strike and they are waiting on 2 parts. I pay for car hire on my policy but the 30 days was up today. Unfortunately after many phonecalls and messages left at outsurance (of which 2 were responded to). I am told that under no circumstances will they give an extension (1 week was requested, I may add) on parts as it is not their fault. I explained to the very unhelpful Outsurance manager that nor is it my fault and that is why I have insurance, I would have thought! I stated that I would not be able to go to work until my car is fixed, the response from Outsurance was 'oh well'. I then stated that I would most certainly be moving my household and car insurance as soon as possible, the response "that is your choice".

Need I say more... I will never use Outsurance again and will certainly never recommend them!
