PERSONAL LOAN SERVICE

Ive applied for a personal loan last week of jan. its now mid first week of feb and the service is absolutely shocking. ive sent through my docs last week thursday already. received sms this morning to send through my docs. ive been phoned by a lady yesterday afternoon (4/2/2014) asking if i still want the loan on which ive replied yes URGENTLY. i need to close a deal within 24hours. her reply was well we are closed now but will phone you first thing in the morning. this morning received the sms then ive been trying to speak to the consultant dealing with this loan and after 6 calls ive only reached her 1. now if im transferred my calls are either dropped or just ignored. im shocked with this service. my husband applied lask week for a loan aswell and his loan was sorted within 48 hours. really - if this is service we will be taking away all our banking from fnb. ive never in my life had service like this.please get a manager to sort this for me. ive been approved for 75k but i only requested 50k.
