I did a withdrawal at an ABSA ATM - the ABSA ATM did not have money in therefore I did not receive cash but the monies was subtracted from my Capitec account. This occured on a Sunday morning. So I could only phone the Monday to alert Capitec. Initially they told me it would take a month to sort this problem out as they needed to investigate with ABSA etc - well you can imagine I almost had a stroke!
Needless to say the next morning - Tuesday - the funds were in my account! They notified me by email as well that the funds are in and my account has been rectified!
Capitec is an excellent bank - best interest rate by far compared to all the other banks! I want to thank you for the excellent service!
