We are first time buyers and applied through the estate agent for a 100% home loan as we have been clients with absa for years we thought that our bank would help us, (we got a credit check from itc and there shows no bad credit) we got a answer from the agent she said that absa doesn't want to give us 100%. We went to the bank and enquired why, the only answer we got was its a result of our credit record and they cant help us because the loans department decides what happens. We cant believe it we want to apply for a loan as we don't have so much money but yet we get bad service and short answers.
