NO RESPONSE ON MY CARD

I am a Absa Platinum Banker, As a Platinum banker i have a priority pass. As I dont use it alot I dont check for the expire date.
I want to use it now as I am flying Monday 30/09/2013 and I cant.
I phoned Absa they told me it was there but they send it back.
I WAS NEVER PHONED TO SAY MY CARD IS THERE, SO HOW MUST I KNOW.
I WANT A ANSWER BY ABSA WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS IF I CANT USE MY CARD WHY MUST I BE A ABSA CLIENT .

(I have a home loan, overdraft, credit card ect with ABSA i already applied by an other bank for home loan for the whole amount of everything I have by absa and got approved . so I have no problem closing all my accounts and move banks. )

This is not the 1st time i am having a problem with them.

IF I CANT USE MY PASS ON THE DAYS NEXT WEEK WHEN I AM FLYING ABSA CAN CANSELL MY ACCOUNT.

The Lady that answer the phone also could not tell me why they did not phone me.

WAITING FOR AN ANSWER!!!
