Internet banking tel no. not changed

I went to the bank to change my telephone number, as the previous number was. They did not change this number for my internet banking, which means I am now required to go again to the bank to do this. I can not add a recipient & pay my account due to this. I expect you to call me & do this telephonic, as I will not go into the bank again to do the same thing I already went in to do.
