STANDARD BANK CHOOSES TO REMAIN UNREACHABLE

I've never received such terrible service in my life from another financial institution. I have 3 escalated reference numbers (Ref#357 030 85, Ref # 36320475 & Ref# 41237469) with no response to date on requested documentation to proceed further on a rejected claim to which blatant disregard for due diligence by Nicholas Moroake to evaluate a loss adjustor's report and therefater no contact when a request was made to speak to senior personnel. Standard remains out of reach of its consumers when it chooses to. Twice I've had to call in for decisions made on the very same claim which was communicated as being life threatening to my family of not resolved asap. It will be a pleasure doing business with another institution... so much for Standard Bank moving us forward when their Customer Care and complaints resolutions centre cannot even return a call.
