Changin password for Online Banking

Dear FNB,

I have sat now for 2 hours trying to change my online banking password, albeit due to the complexity that is required If I had to go inot the branch to change it everytime i forget it I would be a broke man.

I work in IT so I now how to use the internet, however you system is quite difficult for a number of reasons.

1. Who uses pop ups anymore? Apparently FNB for their passwords
2. Who does not check their software works on Firefox? Apparently FNB .
3. Why don't you provide some error handling for when you press continue 50 times but nothing happens?

I am not to sure how to proceed as to change my password in the branch costs R50 and I am going to be changing my password often as I can t remember all these different passwords, especially since I have been through about 10 today alone.

Anyhow please could you assist.
