Std Bank my money!!

On the 14th Dec 2012, I used a std bank ATM to withdraw an X amount of money. Only a portion of what I had requested was dispensed. I called the bank who confirmed that this was true and was advised that the money would be credited to my account in 12 working days. On 02 Jan 13, I called the bank to let them know I hadn't been credited, they said no query was logged. I logged a 2nd query and was told again, the money would be in my account. I sent an email advising the bank after 12 days - still no money - received an email on 10 Jan saying the money would be in my account by close of business on that day. Sent an email to the bank on 11 Jan saying funds were still not credited - no response from Std Bank. Called in today - consultants still don't know what's happening. Someone is apparently working on this today because I am livid. 2.5months - Std Bank hasn't credited my account. After acknowledging the difference in what I requested, and what was dispersed, and after sending me a en email telling me that I was going to be credited, they tell me that they cannot do anything because the ATM balanced. After 2.5months of telling me that they would give me my money back. I am livid!!
