Consultant put the phone down on me

I contacted the FNB call centre on 0860334455 (the number printed on my statement for Acc number 4000026876437). The consultant, Khosi, who answered told me to contact (011) 3528903 for assistance. I did, and had a voice msg response saying the number was changed to 0873128903. I contacted that number and came into contact with the MOST RUDE, UNCOOTH call centre agent Sibongile. This was all around 9:45am this morning. The agent asked me for my account number, i gave it to her but could hardly hear her due to the interference of her cellphone. I asked her on a number of occassions to repeat herself, as the interference continued and she got irritated with me when I asked her to turn the cellphone off. I told how i've contacted many numbers and just had a query on my loan. ALL I WANTED WAS the loan END DATE and she wasn't listening to me, she gave me the incorrect instalment amount, and could not tell me the end date. When I told her that she can't be right as my statement said my instalment was R1003 and she kept saying R1400, she got mad, and slammed the phone down. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS CALL AND FIRE THIS AGENT!! I am in shock that people like that exist at this bank!
