FNB reason I can't pay my staff!!!

Yesterday morning we tried to log into Online Banking. A message popped up that the account was locked. Why we don't know since this is a trend that is happening regularly on my profile. We had to complete a form. We sent the form and around 16:30 I received a call to unlock the profile.

This morning, we received our security numbers to unlock the profile and it asked for a Certificate Password. We tried the two passwords that we knew & phoned Charlotte to enquire how we can obtain the password since the passwords that we try does not seem to work. We got a new password and even that locked the profile again. We phoned her and said the account was locked again and she once again requested the form to be faxed. This was sent just after 9:00 this morning. Now, 14:54, after we've been assured that it will be unlocked within 4 hours (which is also ridiculous!!!) no one bothered to unlock it or contact us.

I'm so sick and tired of my profile bring locked without us even going into it and then have to be the one to have to explain to my staff why I can't pay them since yesterday as they were supposed to be paid!!!
