Good Morning. I have lost my password for my fnb online banking. I have had to reset my password, because they make the passwords too hard for me to remember, and I do not want to write it down somewhere as someone will be able to see it. Now I have sent an e-mail requesting to look at everything and I got one reply saying the following:

Kindly be advised that your email has been referred to our FNB Online Banking department for further assistance. Since then I have not been helped at all, and I need to do online banking as soon as possible. The most innovitave bank in the world lives up to its reputation, please do not make people change their minds. I am overall happy with FNB, but their e-mails should be worked with more thoroughly
