INTERNET BANKING not convenient

I entered my password incorrect 3 times.
Now i have to go into the branch to change my password.
HOW IS THIS CONVENIENT INTERNET BANKING!!! The reason i have internet banking is so that i can completely avoid going into the branch!!
Other Branches ask security questions on the phone, and email a new password.
I am so disgusted by how bad this service is, i will be changing to another company which gives better internet services.
