I have emailed the following complaint to the complaint department.
No one bothered to phone me.
Forwarded the email to the Vehicle Finance department still no one even phoned me back.

I bought a new car. I took delivery today (02/09/2013), and they took my previous car. The
debit order went off and went into the bank to reverse it and they couldn't
do it. Giving me issues and excuses.

Can you guys just give me a call back and reverse my money TODAY!!!
