I need a letter for my bank to be able to reverse

On March 2013 i applied for a new contract which cell c then i paid up the previous one which the amount was R3656.00. On 2013-07-31 a debit order for Cell C went through my account and it was successfull. i phoned cell c and i asked them why they have deducted R3656 on my account coz i have paid it in March and they said they have made a mistake. i went to Capitec Bank and i asked them to reverse the payment for me and they said they need a ltter from Cell C. I phoned Cell C and i asked them to please email me the letter with the letter head of cell c and they said they cant do that. They going to send a quiry to Billing Department and the Billing Department is going to call me. Until now i am still waiting. on 2013-08-01 i phoned cell c again and they said i must take my phone to the bank and call them and they gna speak to the capitec people on the phone and i told them that i cant do that because they want something in writing. They have not phoned me and they have not sent a letter. I dnt even have money to pay my rent.
