Took my money, now it's my problem

I should probably wait to cool down before writing this but I'm not going too...

ABSA has basically "taken my money without my permission" (HP blocks the word I really want to use). So apparently they are running some sort of campaign to ensure people are insured on their vehicle finance. And you need to send them a copy of your schedule to ensure that you are insure. Failing this they load insurance onto your monthly repayment. That part is fine is stated as such in the contract you sign. Herewith the problem. I was not called, Emailed, sms'ed or anything else about this (the call center said I should have been called or sms'ed) The first I heard of this was after you loaded an extra 820 odd rand onto my repayment. (ridicules as my current insurance is R620) I now have to run around and mail them my schedule in order for them to give me my money back in 14 days!! I will never again finance with ABSA. NEVER!! I will be sending you the schedule today, I will NOT be following up about it. Should the incorrect amount be deducted from my account again I will have FNB reverse the debit order and stop it. We can have a chat about it in court.
