I called into FNB Call Centre yesterday in order to reverse two unauthourized debit orders the debit orders where stopped and reversed immediately. While I was checking my bank statement today I realized there was another debit for R1085 that went off on Friday the 25/10/2013 I called in again this morning and spoke to Gift he advised that the system was taken away from him to reverse debit orders he then transferred me to Samantha brown who refused to reverse the debit order. IT IS MY MONEY THE DEBOT ORDER WAS NOT AUTHOURIZED BY ME AND I WANT IT BACK TODAY.
