Bad customer service

I phoned the vehicle finance department on 0860 123 002. I purchased a vehicle on the 15th July 2013. It was written off on the 1st of September. I placed a claim with my insurance and they settled the account. They paid the bank in full, but my debit order of R3726.39 still went off on Saturday, 26 October. I phoned to request that the money should be reverse d. I don't owe Standard Bank for the vehicle, Santam settled it! I was on the phone for the35 minutes and no one could help me. They transferred me all over, but never solved my query. I spoke to Sobantu in the insurance department, to Mohamed in the Vf department and a n African lady in the VF department. I waste my airtime and 35 minutes of my day. It happened between 10h40 and 11h15. I need to know when am I getting on money back. Can Standard bank reverse my debit!!! It was bad/poor customer service from your side. None of the 3 people could help me. Afterwards they gave me another number, 011 227 4515/27. Can you urgently get back to me on when my money will be reversed into my account???
