Hi,

I can not believe you guys honestly, I have debit order set up with you for the 25th of each month. Today is the 22nd and a debit was requested from my account today. I had something else I had to pay today and due to your incompetency I am unable to do that. I called your accounts department and they couldn't even tell me why it went off today as they could also see the debit order date is for the 25th.

I want this funds back in my account TODAY. I can not go to the bank to reverse this payment and don't see why I should inconvenience myself due to your error.

Get this fixed and get back to me ASAP!
