Attidute on callcentre agents

He gave me such an attitude on the 24-01-2014 earlry in the morning when I called in to ask for my personal loan settlement account, I knew he could hear me and after taking all my info placed me on hold for sure he was hoping I would and he came back saying systems wre off line, and he said the whole callcentre is offline he can't access my info, 30 min later I call got the assistance and the co consultant whi assisted me said their systems were not down..I have been with nedbank fo 7 years but I have never been mistreated like that Ratanang guy did
